Do you want to differentiate your boxes from others and present your own brand? We offer in-house hot foil printing, which enables you to customise your packaging with your corporate brand, company details or slogan in various colours.
How does the whole printing process work? Email us your logo, brand, image or anything that represents you, in black and white vector-based graphic in one of the following formats: EPS, PS, PDF, AI, CDR. We will send you a specific visualization for approval and have a stamp made. Thanks to the visualization, you will see your logo in real size, in the colour of your choice on a specific box, for a better idea of the final appearance of the print. If you don´t have a logo in these formats, we can help you to create a logo file or convert your existing file to a suitable format and scale for an additional fee.
Magnesium block (dies) is standardly produced in three sizes ( 25mm, 35mm and 45mm ) to be used for all types of boxes and bags. The blocks are usually ready within 3-5 business days. A set of printing blocks cost £30. This is a one-time fee and can be used until you change your logo. Other block sizes can always be solved individually.
The printing itself is performed by thermal embossing through foil directly on the product of your choice by trained staff. You can choose the location and size of the print yourself at your own discretion. The print is always one-color or colorless. Prices are always listed according to the pieces of boxes from one size, regardless of colour or series.
You can see the colours of the print below. The colour shade may slightly vary due to your monitor settings. Any individual requirements can be resolved directly with the sales representative by e-mail or telephone.
